Give quarterly evaluations incorporating personal visits

All nurse and carer candidates are:

Counter-checked with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) where appropriate
Registered with Disclosure Scotland
Required to provide proof of identification and registration
Required to have more than 1 year's experience
Required to have 2 up-to-date relevant references one of which is from current employer

All nurse and carer employees will:

be formally introduced into company protocols and procedures
be closely monitored and supervised
undertake mandatory training such as moving and handling, first aid, basic life support, elementary food hygiene, health and safety
have immunisation against Hepatitis B
adhere to a strict code of confidentiality and professional conduct
be made aware of health and safety requirements
be subject to unannounced checks in place of work
recieve supervision and appraisals on a regular basis
be offered the opportunity for personal/professional development and growth
